SeniorTech of Puget Sound

One-on-one technical support

We offer technical support on a one-on-one basis on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, and the 5th Tuesday when there is one, during the hours of 9:30 A.M. to noon. Experienced senior technology users will be available to help you with technical issues with your computers and mobile devices. A fee of $3 for Bellevue residents and $4 for non-residents will be collected by the City for participation as we are being given use of a City facility. SeniorTech of Puget Sound does not collect any additonal fees.

The technical support labs are from 9:30 AM to Noon at the:

  • North Bellevue Community Center
  • 4063 148th Ave NE
  • Bellevue, WA 98007

PLEASE NOTE:

Special Covid-attendance requirements are in place at North Bellevue Community Center (NBCC), which are as follows:

  • • All visitors must call or email NBCC and pre-register to attend our Lab. Telephone: 425-452-7681 or Email: NBCC#bellevuewa.gov (a message is OK, if phone is not answered).
  • • All visitors are required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or an approved negative test administered within the past 72 hours, each time they visit.
  • • Masks are required to be worn while in the Center.
